This notice explains what personal information Abbanti collects, why, and your rights. Abbanti Ltd is the data controller: registered in England and Wales (No. 16705644), 1 Cedar Office Park, Cobham Road, Wimborne, Dorset BH21 7SB. Contact: hello@abbanti.com.
What we collect

Some check-in answers are about how your body feels, which can count as health information. We only collect it with your consent, only use it for the purposes above, and never sell it or use it for advertising.
Class recordings
Live classes are recorded for the Library. Recordings show only the coach; members' cameras and names are not recorded. We don't keep class chat after the class.
The V2R app
The current V2R app runs in your own web browser and stores your entries on your own device. We don't receive or store what you write in it. If this changes, we'll update this notice and tell you first.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers to run Abbanti. They process your information only on our instructions: Heartbeat (membership platform), Stripe (payments), Meetn (live classes), INBOX (email), Formly (check-in forms), Google Workspace (email and records), Trafft or TidyCal (1:1 bookings) and our website host.
Some of these providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where your information is transferred abroad, we rely on approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We never sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
- Account and activity information: while you're a member, then 2 years.
- Check-in answers: while you're a member, then deleted within 12 months.
- Payment and tax records: 6 years, as UK law requires.
- Marketing preferences: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or move it to another service. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email hello@abbanti.com and we'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113) or your local data protection authority.

This website and our membership site use cookies needed to make them work. Any optional cookies, such as analytics, are only set with your consent through the cookie banner.
Changes
We'll update this notice when our practices change and tell members about important changes.
