Terms of Membership and Sale

Last updated: 8 October 2026

These terms apply when you join Abbanti, a mental fitness gym run by Abbanti Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (No. 16705644), registered office 1 Cedar Office Park, Cobham Road, Wimborne, Dorset BH21 7SB. Contact: hello@abbanti.com. "We" and "us" means Abbanti Ltd; "you" means the member.

1. Who can join

You must be 18 or over. You can join from anywhere in the world. Your membership is personal to you; please don't share your login.

2. Memberships

Membership Price What's included
Visitor Free One live class a month (the first-Thursday Deep Set) and the Anti-Snooze programme
Open Gym £9.99/month (founding) · £18/month (from 1 February 2027) All live classes, the Library of recordings, the V2R app
Coached £57/month (founding) · £75/month (from 1 February 2027) Everything in Open Gym, a 30-minute 1:1 with a coach each calendar month, and every Abbanti programme

Founding prices are locked for as long as your membership stays active. If you cancel and later rejoin, you rejoin at the price that applies at that time.

Other price changes. We may change non-founding prices. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a change applies to you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

3. Payment

Memberships are monthly subscriptions, billed in advance through our payment provider, Stripe. Prices are set in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. If you pay in another currency, your bank or Stripe may show a converted amount; any conversion fees are set by them, not us.

During our founding launch, your card is not charged until classes start on Monday 2 November 2026. After that, you are billed on the same date each month. If a payment fails, we may pause your access until it's resolved.

4. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the month you've paid for; we don't give partial refunds for unused time.

14-day refund. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we'll refund that payment in full. This also covers your legal right to cancel a contract made online within 14 days, and applies to one-off purchases too. To use it, email hello@abbanti.com with a clear statement that you want to cancel; we'll refund you within 14 days, to the card you paid with.

We may end a membership if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken (see section 8). If we end it for any other reason, we'll refund any unused, prepaid time.

5. Coached 1:1 sessions

  • Coached members get one 30-minute 1:1 each calendar month. Unused sessions don't roll over.
  • Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a session. With less notice, or if you don't attend, the session counts as used for that month.
  • If we need to cancel, we'll offer you a new time in the same month or the next.
  • Extra 1:1 sessions can be bought by Coached members at the price shown at booking. The same 24-hour rule applies; with less notice, extra sessions are not refunded.
  • 1:1 sessions are coaching for mental fitness. They are not therapy, counselling or medical care.

6. Workshops and programmes

Paid workshops and programmes are bought separately unless your membership includes them. You can get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the start. After that, refunds aren't available, but you'll still get the recording where there is one.

7. Classes and recordings

  • Classes run live online at the times on the Class Timetable (UK time). Cameras off is always fine.
  • We record live classes for the Library. Recordings show only the coach; members' cameras and names are not recorded.
  • Some classes may be delivered by another Abbanti coach, or from a recording, at the usual time.
  • We may change the timetable, class names or coaches, and we'll tell you before any regular class changes.

8. Looking after each other

Please be respectful in classes, channels and messages. You must not record, download, copy or share classes or Library content, share your account, harass anyone, or post anything unlawful or offensive. We may remove content, or suspend or end a membership, if these rules are broken.

9. Your health

Abbanti is mental fitness training. It is not medical or psychological treatment, therapy, or a crisis service, and it doesn't replace advice from your GP or another healthcare professional. Please read Before You Train before your first class.

10. Our content

All classes, recordings, programmes, the V2R app and written material belong to Abbanti Ltd or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial use while you're a member.

11. Our responsibility to you

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, for business losses, or for problems caused by things outside our reasonable control, such as internet or platform outages. Apart from that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll tell you about important changes at least 30 days before they apply. If you don't agree, you can cancel before they take effect.

13. Law and complaints

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protections your local consumer law gives you. If something isn't right, email hello@abbanti.com; we'll reply within 5 working days.
